Delivery Information
We ship to UK Mainland; You can expect your order within 2-5 working days (often within 2 working days). Deliveries are based on weight and are offered automatically, only available during the checkout procedure. We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS and FedEx
COURIER SERVICE
THE CUT OFF TIME FOR COURIER ORDERS IS 2.00pm (Monday to Friday only) i.e. Order placed at 2.00pm on Friday WILL NOT be dispatched until the following Monday.
Some packages may need signed for.
In extreme circumstances / postal areas P & P surcharge may apply.

All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input.
If the courier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional payment for re-delivery.
While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Damaged in Transit - Time limitation of notification of claims
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation and must be not later than 2 days after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If suspect that there are items missing from delivery, please check with us that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Incorrect goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Non-Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date.
We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales. Expect when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the stated timescale.
